Added in 2023, our millwright services have grown steadily including conveyors, crushers & sizers, shakers and pumps. As complexity increased, we found much of our work was supporting or tying into mechanical systems. After a coal producing client inquired about contracting larger scopes we started offering mechanical services. This gave use flexibility and the client faster more integrated services rather than scheduling multiple contractors.

Our team have experiences repairing and replacing crusher teeth, conveyor systems rollers and tensioning systems, pumps, air/hydraulic actuators, feed belt links and a variety of other equipment.
- Troubleshooting
Industrial processing and mining equipment breaks down. While working to repair or replace our digital work packages seek to understand what the damage occurred and track history. Working as part of the larger team including JM electricians, welders, pipe fitters we can quickly determine equipment faults/issues, recommend repairs and execute work efficiently without calling out other contractors. We commonly assess and correct hydraulic cavitation, vibration, overheating of coolants/oils, low pump output flow, screens/shakers, motor line current, leaks.
