Supported by our strong field services team, our fabrication facility allows us to offer full project support for clients in Western Canada. We focus on small to medium-sized skids, spools, and facility components and are certified in all welding processes for carbon, stainless, CCO and selected Alloys & Exotics in various techniques.

Structural Components & SkidsStructure focused on small to medium sized skids and components. Our current shop allows skids 12x26 in doors, up to 5000kg. Our shop consists of all expected equipment to provide full fabrication services. Laser cnc, overhead cranes, 1500kg spool rotator, welders, band saws and excellent full time professional fabricators. Our fabrication team primarily focused on supporting our field service and project work allowing us to guarantee adherence to tight shut down and project time lines. While primarily supplying structural components, skids and plates to our field project teams we also work on and supply fabrication only services: Pump mounts, motor/generator skids, stairways, platforms, pipe supports.
- Piping Spools
Our certified fabricators provide piping spools construction, repair and modification. Our facility and processes are certified under ABSA for for mild, stainless steels as well as CCO across SMAW, FCAW and GTAW processes. We are able to provide small pressure systems such as steam headers and small pressure vessels fully registered. Like our structural offerings our strength is our ability to deliver excellent turnaround on small to medium sized spools and components. Items such as air manifolds, steam headers, piping spools can all be fully pressure tested, inspected and even coated prior to leaving out shop.
