Our experience and research show that drastic manpower swings reduce group knowledge, efficiency, and safety and we aim for efficient manpower levelling and continuous improvement.

We have been apart of dozens of shutdowns since 2019, from Mosaic in Saskatchewan to Teck Coal/EVR in BC and all points in between. Over that time, we have safely executed 26 events as both a prime contractor and subcontractor.

Refining services focus on efficient, safe, repeatable results through integrated and collaborative planning with the client, engineers and other trades.  Our expertise covers mild, CCO, stainless, AR400-450 and certain overlays over thousands of plates across western Canada ensures realistic and predictable outcomes and return to service deadlines.

Our track record on small and medium sized welding and millwrighting projects is fundamental to our growth. We analyze each opportunity for capability and capacity to ensure when we say we can deliver, we can.

From replacing material cleaning shakers to vessel modification for oilsands we understand that strong processes and procedures ensure quality service each time. Our strong digital systems support our welders, fitters, millwrights and electricians and provide daily accurate and fully transparent progress reports.    

Since 2020 when have pursued rapid implementation of digital interfaces and reporting internally and externally.  

With execution getting more expensive, timelines get condensed and effective communication and planning are critical. Our platforms allow us to build custom work packages and give clients accurate progress reports with quantitative and qualitative metrics eliminating confusion and poor communication.
