The CEO & senior management of Structure Group managed the largest rope access stadiums projects in Canada. Replacing the roof on Canada Place for Ledcor in 2010/2011 and multiple scopes for PCL at BC place in 2011/2012. Our experience allows us to help clients see opportunities for savings or efficiencies in primary construction, punch list items or continuing facility maintenance.
Our intense focus on execution, management, and communication, borne out of the necessity of industrial shutdowns, provides our construction clients with unmatched visibility and reporting. We offer steel installation and modification, ETFE installations, complete electrical installations and routing, torquing, fireproofing, insulation and sound dampening, and waterproofing.
Large arena and stadium maintenance can be grouped into 2 main areas. General maintenance / wear and tear and event maintenance which is dependent on the upcoming event requirements.
Structure Group craftsmen and rope access technicians can and have assisted with AV system replacements, advertising, structural repair, ducting and other equipment positioning, painting & coatings, electrical, lighting, concrete repair and structural modifications and new equipment mounts.
